The natural flow of life is ever-changing. The idea of stillness can only exist in the mind.
This experimental series reflects the artist’s journey to equilibrium in the midst of uncertainty, drawing on materials from nature to quiet the mind. Its abstractions and textures are akin to shifting landscapes, with depths and subtleties that cannot be fully captured in digital form.
Each painting alchemized the transition toward balance, a dance between light and dark. The journey is revealed in each piece, learning what it means to cultivate peace within the evolving seasons of life.
Find Peace in the Chaos explores the tension and reconciliation between stillness and upheaval. Each work includes natural elements in their composition: sand gathered from Miami’s shoreline and strong espresso mixtures. Each are chosen for their symbolism of tranquility and productivity, respectively, forming the duality of rest and unrest. The series examines the movement between light and dark, balance and distortion, and the inner landscapes shaped by emotional resilience.
Rhythm’s Echo
