BUSINESS CARD DESIGN SERVICES
We offer professional Design Services that will bring your business card design to the next level. Our talented team of designers are on hand to create designs for you based on your initial concept (Simple Design Service), or they can provide you with 3 original concepts (Custom Design Service). Clients wanting to include their business logo on their business card are required to provide us with a logo file in original editable vector format (.ai, .eps). If your logo is not in the proper format, our designers can provide you with logo tracing services for an additional fee (depending on complexity). Before discussing your business card design with our team, we highly recommend you take a look at our various business card styles and familiarize yourself with the cardstocks and print features that you would like to incorporate into your design. Please note that if you are printing elsewhere, there will be additional fees for our business card design services.
Design Phone Consultation Service:
Any over=the-phone discussions will still need to be summarized and confirmed in writing over email with our service coordination team, design concepts/revisions will not be compiled during the phone call, the design team is not available for communication.
Following the completion of the design service, any unused intervals will be credited toward printing cost at $30 USD each.

PLEASE READ
Business Card Design Process
1. Once we have processed your payment, we will contact you via email within 24 hours during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time)
2. We will confirm or further gather all of the necessary information, including your print budget, cardstock and print feature preferences, ideas and style references to forward onto the design process.
3. Following the confirmation of your preferences, we will utilize the following 1-3 business days to create your initial business card design concept(s) and then we will send such to you as a PDF for review.
4. In order to keep the number of revisions within the project scope, please be as detailed as possible in regards to style. The most effective way to do this is to provie us with examples of styles you like, whenever possible. We welcome our clients to send us written instructions, photos of other designs, drawings, screenshots, or any method that will convey your ideas to us via emai. Revision requests in excess of the project scope may require the purchase of an appropriate Design Service Add-On.
5. With each design concept and revision thereafter, please be sure to carefully proof read all the information and check spelling.
6. Once the design and print features have been finalized, and with your desired order quantity and shipping address confirmed, you will be provided shipping quotes and asked to choose your preferred shipping method. You will then be sent a PayPal paymentlink for the total production cost of your order. Once payment has been received, an official PDF printing proof will be forwarded to you. Once w have received your written approval, production of your cards can commence.
Business Card Design Notes
1. Please be sure to provide us with your logo in an editable vector format (.ai or .eps format).
2. If you do not have access to your logo in vector format, we may be able to assist you with a logo trace for an additional fee; the cost of which is determined by the complexity of the logo as well as the quality of the original file.
3. The standard turnaround time for creation of the initial business card design concepts is 1-3 business days. Revisions thereafter can take up to 1 business day to complete. The total length of a design service is dependant on timely communication in combination with the number and complexity of revision requests.
4. Please note that it is the intention of our design services to have our designers create initial design concepts based on the preferences/brand guidelines you provide. Whilst proceeding without any specific direction or reference as to your preferred style is certainly possible, such is not facilitated under a Simple Business Card Design Service nor is it recommended under a Custom Business Card Design Service. If you are unhappy with the resulting concepts we will certainly try to work with you to determine what design direction will better suit your style, however additional design service costs may be incurred by going beyond the initial project scope.
5. Design Service fees are non-refundable upon commencement of the initial concept(s).
6. Our design services are intended to be provided to clients who are printing with us. There will be additional charges for customers wanting to receive any files without purchasing printing services.
7. Any designs which proceed to print will have editable files made available for release upon the client's request, ONLY after the print products have been purchased and the corresponding proofs approved. For clients not printing with us, each design requested for release will incur an additional fee of $100 USD per design.
8. The client is responsible for ensuring all spelling and information is correct on the proof. Even though it may have been corrected previously or was provided correctly, errors and glitches happen. Once the final proof has been approved, we will take no responsbility for any typos or errors.
Logo Design Process

3. Following the completion of the agreement and confirmation of your preferences, our design team will utilize the following 4-7 business days to create your initial logo design concept(s) and then we will send such to you as a PDF for review.

6. Once a singular final logo design has been selected, we will move on with the business card design portion of your service, please refer to steps 2-6 of the Business Card Design Process above.
7. You will also have the opportunity to place a $200 USD deposi to receive your chosen logo file in editable format before proceeding with the business card portion of your design service. This deposit will be made available as credit toward any printing costs upon completion of the entire design service. Should you choose not to proceed with printing, this $200 USD covers the additional design charge for logo design service clients not printing with us.
Logo Design Notes

2. Please note that it is the intention of our design services to have our designers create initial design concepts based on the preferences/brand guidelines you provide. A logo design service cannot proceed without preferences being provided by the client. If you are unhappy with the resulting concepts we will certainly try to work with you to determine what design direction will better suit your style, however additional design service costs may be incurred by going beyond the initial project scope.

For clients not printing with us, each logo design requested for release will incur an additional fee of $200 USD per design, as well as each business card design requested for release will incur an additional fee of $100 USD per design.
6. It is the intention of our Logo Design Services to create a logo for one company only. The creation of multiple logos for multiple companies will require multiple Logo Design Services.
